  • If your company has its registered office in the European Union or in one of the following countries : Australia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, India, Iceland, Mexico, Moldova, Norway, Republic of Korea, St. Barthelemy, South Africa, Aruba, Curacao, Ghana, Greenland, Faroe Islands, Mauritius, Japan, New Zealand, French Polynesia, Saint Martin, Sint Maarteen, Tunisia, Ukraine, you should contact the Foreign Business Tax Department, whose contact details are as follows:

  • If your company's registered office is outside the European Union, you must appoint a tax representative in France who will, on your behalf, accomplish the various formalities with the local business tax department with jurisdiction over the representative's location.
